10:30 - Enciendo el fuego, unos 22 Litros.
11:20 - Comienzo Macerado. 66° En el centro del Mash.
12:30 - Comienza el recirculado
13:05 - Comienzo a vaciar el macerador. Primer mosto: 1077.
14:30 - Comienzo a vaciar el lavado.
15:35 - Mando a hervor unos 25,5L a 70°, con una D: 1052.
17:15 - Comienzo a enfriar. 1056 a 24°. OG: 1058
18:05 - Fin enfriado. 18,75 Lts.
18:40 - Inoculada con 2 sobres de s-05 hidratada. 19.3°
El seguimiento de la birra sigue en este post.
14:30 - Comienzo a vaciar el lavado.
15:35 - Mando a hervor unos 25,5L a 70°, con una D: 1052.
17:15 - Comienzo a enfriar. 1056 a 24°. OG: 1058
18:05 - Fin enfriado. 18,75 Lts.
18:40 - Inoculada con 2 sobres de s-05 hidratada. 19.3°
